VERY CLEAN 5 bed, 2 bathroom home with HEATED POOL has everything you need for a perfect getaway in Tacoma. Its location puts you close to 6th Ave, the Ruston waterfront, Tacoma dome, and downtown! In addition to a park across the street. You’re just a few blocks from great cafes, restaurants, and the freeway. After you're done exploring come wind down at the outdoor pool that looks amazing at night.

Walk into an open concept living space. The upstairs hosts 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. Enjoy hanging out in the living room, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or sitting poolside. There is a designated dining area inside and outside!

Downstairs has a large great room that has table tennis and game area. It hosts two more bedrooms and full bathroom.

This space is perfect for any size group and groups with children.

The backyard is peaceful and private. It is surrounded by tall privacy trees and is completely blocked off from the surrounding properties. The pool which is currently open is heated at request. The backyard features pretty overhead lighting and the pool does light shows.

**The pool is heated only when customer requests it. Additional cost per day may be added to reservation to keep it heated.**

Amazing!

Everything was wonderful! Check in was so simple, the house was clean and there were plenty of supplies! Our two boys basically took over the basement area and LOVED it! The AC was a perfect respite for when we got hot out by the pool which was the perfect temperature and worth every penny to have it heated. The owner was available for the one question we had and other than that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be choosing this house again for future trips to WA.

So comfy and cozy!

The home was sooo inviting and comfortable! With my 6 kids, my bff and myself, the home had plenty of room for everyone. The floor plan is well laid out. It had something for everyone and the pool was awesome all hours of the day and night! John was very very helpful and accommodating! I’d recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. It’s close to everything you need and in a very safe neighborhood! We were only planning to stay for a weekend and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for a week! Thank you for being a great host! I’d rent from you again!

Nice and comfortable

We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, comfortable and the pool was great. The kitchen is a little space for certain things that you need to cook etc. Could use some additional blankets there as down stairs is a bit cool. All and all it was nice. Would rent it again.
