This property is a catfish hotel. Pictures are great online but when you see the rooms in person looks nothing like the pictures and the rooms were not well kept and they definitely don’t replace all towels in the room since we found one with yellow stuff on it and makeup smears. Place is just not well cleaned.

The hotel did the job. It was clean. Slept well. Front desk staff was unpleasant and short; not welcoming. They were not transparent, posing a parking fee they swear you’ll get back. Then, just kidding, they say you only get $33 of the $75 back. Very secretive/deceitful.

Wish parking was free, but otherwise great hotel, staff, and location. Very easy to get around the area by walking, and also convenient to get on and off the highway. Great stay

Hotel great! Restaurant not so much.

Overall great hotel. Close to light rail to Tacoma dome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel bar was great. However, the hotel restaurant was disappointing. We waited at least 20 mins to be seated and no one came to check on us. There were only 2 waiters for the entire restaurant and they were running out of food and we were limited to certain foods to order. Overall, great hotel. Just do not eat at the restaurant. Lots of other restaurants nearby to eat at!

eh the lobby/bar area is beautiful & there’s art on every floor if you’re into that (i’m not). rooms are simple & clean. 3 elevators & they took too long. No real complaints other than it’s overpriced for what it is but we needed to be at an event at the convention center so it was convenient. Not many eating options super close. Self parking is public parking so it’s not just for hotel guests.
