We are upset that towels were just for 2 people but we ordered for 3 people. And we came to this hotel because there should be hot tub but it was not true. And on site where we ordered it was not written.

I paid a premium price for a below average room that was obviously rundown and needed some "fixing up." The first room they gave us obviously had a VERY worn out mattress that looked like a 500 pound person had been sleeping in it. I insisted on a different room, which I did not realize until around 10 pm, that it was right next to a major sewer pipe and every flushing toilet or water exit made an extreme noise that made it impossible to get any amount of sleep!! A few low carb fresh options at the breakfast would have been nice also. Same breakfast over the days is not appetizing.

Room was pretty small but being dog friendly and ground floor was perfect. It would have been nice to have a second chair at the table, especially since it was a room that could sleep four. USB charging ports on the lamp bases or another open outlet close to the bed would also have been helpful. Staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful. All in all a good experience.

The hotel was very rundown and I felt my room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There was hair in the shower and a weird odor in the room that never went away. The door barely locked, it looked like someone had previously broken the door jamb in, you could see a gap whenever you closed the door. Also, housekeeping never came during my 3 day stay and I had to flag someone down for extra towels. Hotel management was outside smoking half the time we were there and not manning the front desk. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly professional staff, very accommodating, and clean. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were closed(very disappointed), the shower squeeled very loud while using, and air conditioner in room was squeeling also.
