In the village of Mauerham, only a short walk from the lake ''Tachinger See'', the double room Rudi in the attic of the Straßer residence is the perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing holidays in this beautiful part of Bavaria. The room with high-quality equipment consists of a comfortable double bed as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and a kitchen unit. Thus it offers space for 2 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. From the balcony, you will have a great view onto the surrounding mountains and the lake. The lovely 3000 m² garden is shared with the 3 other apartments of the residence and boasts a fish pond, table tennis and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children. The shared outdoor dining area invites you to spend the evenings with tasty barbecued meats or fresh fish. Only a 6-minute walk (600 m) away along a footpath, you will get to the residence’s private beach, where you can lie in the sun and take refreshing swims in the lake while enjoying the wonderful mountain panorama. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes can be found a 3-minute drive (2.1 km) in Taching am See. Waging am See, a quaint town on the Waginger See with many cafés and restaurants, is located a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the apartment. Furthermore, Mozart’s native town Salzburg can be reached after a 40-minute drive (37 km), and the famous lake Chiemsee is a 25-minute drive (25 km) west of Mauerham.
