Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. Fantastic accommodation in an even more fantastic location!!

The Island of Ortigia, in Siracusa, is a beautiful place and Gianluca's apartment is the perfect setting from which to enjoy both. The apartment is large, comfortable, well appointed, nicely decorated, well furnished, has comfortable beds and was very clean. Air conditioners work well and there is hi definition TV. The best thing about the apartment is the location,...only steps from the Archimedes Piazza and very close to the Duomo Piazza. Gianluca met us at our car and led us to the apartment. Parking is a manageable walk away, but that is true even for hotels on the Island. He provided a map, good advice on sightseeing and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern. We had the misfortune of getting a parking ticket on the last night and because our flight was so early we couldn't take care of it. We gave him the fine money and he took care of paying it for us. If we ever return to Ortigia, we will call Gianluca first and we would commend his apartment to anyone wishing to enjoy this beautiful Island and City.

Amplio apartamento muy céntrico en la isla de Ortigia

El apartamento es amplio, con dos dormitorios grandes con cama de 150 cm. Totalmente reformado. Cocina completa con lavavajillas. Calefacción por radiadores. Lo mejor la ubicación, en el centro de la isla de Ortigia, a un minuto de la Plaza de Arquímedes. Gianluca nos recomendó alquilar una plaza de garaje cercana, en la vía del teatro, porque es casi imposible aparcar, y además te permite circular por la isla, la cual es una zona de tráfico limitado. Pudimos realizar un pre-checking online. Y accedimos al apartamento con una clave numérica en cajetín externo. La entrada y salida sin problemas.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo comodo appartamento nel centro di ortigia. Data la posizione si raggiungeva facilmente a piedi ogni angolo del centro. L'appartamento è risultato pulito, rinnovato da poco e dotato di ogni comodità.
