I made the reservation a year ago through Expedia and received a receipt for the reservation. 48 hours I sent a message through Expedia to confirm the reservation and Evolve responded with an email stating I was good and gave me the check in process. When I arrived at the property my code to enter did not work, I called the number and it was an evolve representative. She stated my reservation was cancelled last year and an email was sent. I never received this email from evolve nor a notification on Expedia about an email.I informed her I received a confirmation yesterday! She didn't help she placed me on hold many times and no solution was found except I was out of a place to stay and they would provide me a list of properties with availability. Expedia has always been good but now that evolve has gotten involved... It is terrible. I had my sons graduation and I didn't have a room, so I had to pay a lot of $ for a Comfort Inn stay because it was last minute.
Traveler beware when booking for this property.
It looked great but the management company is absolutely terrible. No communication at all except for false confirmations!
