Hookipa, app. Upper floor location: The apartment is on the upper floor of a modern 2-family house and is very individually furnished. The house is in the second row in the quiet Alt-Westerland. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 45 m² for 4 people. Equipment: The living room is laid out with mahogany ship parquet and extends over the entire south side of the house. Light wooden beams are visible on the slopes and the ceiling, the spaces in between are covered with light wood. Part of the ceiling is open and connected to the living room by a steeper staircase. In the pointed floor there is still sleeping space for 2 people. On the level of the living room there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The small kitchen is in the living room and has a dishwasher. A special feature is a rollable refrigerator that can be filled from above. There is a small terrace on the property for the guests of the upper floor. A parking space is on the property. An underground car park for 2 cars can also be booked by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
