the beds were comfortable, room clean, front desk staff responsive, friendly and helpful. Food best eaten in the restaurant - lovely menu at both options in the facilities. Quick service. food delivered to the room was warm but delicious. wished there was a microwave to have heated the food more in the room.

Very convenient for my requirements close to train station and shopping. Room was very nice, compact but sufficient for a couple on a short stay, best experienced with curtains closed, view of Westfields car park otherwise. Direct access to club in the building from L2.

Conveniently located within walking distance of eateries and shopping. Need to improve the quality of the coffee provided in the room. It used to be better. Housekeeping was very good - kept the room clean. Staff at reception were pleasant and knowledgeable - made us feel welcomed. Room service is a new feature introduced since our previous visit. Reasonably located near Railway Station

Always like staying here, it’s fairly modern and staff are not intrusive at all. TV entertainment is basic and would suggest the hotel to think about installing smart televisions.
