Arrived at hotel, had to go into the bar to find a staff member so I could check in. After check in went straight to dinner at the hotels dining. Returned to the room around 8:30-9pm. No hot water in the room.

Over all was very a nice King room and chill spot. However On my 3rd day room cleaning didn't show up for the day for us or knock but I was told by staff they had came and left. Anyways that evening I had needed a change of bed sheets and called the bar twice and requested sheets. Both times they said they dissmissively said yes and would bring new sheets soon. No one showed 30 minutes after the first call, then an hour after the second. After I went and asked in person at the bar. They called the manager who asked if i would he okay to wait for house cleaning, i said its fine and I would be fine to change them myself, if they can just get me some bed sheets ( we just wanted to sleep on sheets that didnt have a drink spilled on it). I was assured and asked to hold an hour and that someone would come to replace them. No one arrived and it was radio silence.
