The apartment was well situated in the city with easy access to trains and rail cars. Apartment was well equipped with all amenities needed. The host responded to questions in a timely manner and was welcoming and respectful. Would definitely come back.

Elegant apartment

Both the building itself and the apartment were an architect's delight! Design thinking and details to make the stay more comfortable were evident everywhere. We loved the elegant furnishings, the sun coming into the large, plant-filled balcony, the Surry Hills neighborhood - especially the excellent Lebanese restaurants nearby. I'm glad I had my phone to see the lock numbers at the check-in mailboxes 2 blocks away. It was a bit awkward - but worked! And the host was always very responsive.

Location was fantastic. Easy walk to light rail and central for what we needed. Good clean property. Key in different location which is difficult to retrieve when driving, as there is no parking anywhere. I would recommend this property to others.

Great location

Great location near buses and trains. Easy 5 min walk to either. Air conditioning is mainly in one room and it’s not the bedroom making it a little difficult to sleep. Instructions on how to use the dryer and the oven would be good. The dryer you need to empty the water tank and coming from USA were not familiar with this. Looked up instructions to set clothes. Also only 1 towel per person for the week so you need to figure out the dryer. When I asked For 2 more towels was told only provide the one. JAlso only 1 hand towel provided. When checking our needed to put keys in lockbox. Couldn’t get it opened and found out she sent wrong code. When she finally texted back she said I should've Used check in instructions. All in all a great location. Read check in instructions carefully though. I accidentally got wrong keys from another lockbox and it created a longer check in. Was nice about it tho. All in all. I would Stay here again due the location by would know I needed Extra towels. Also no paper towels or napkins so we bought some.

Quiet Comfortable Flat in Great Location

We are two seniors who spent 10 days at this wonderful flat after a 60-day cruise. Lucien was extremely accommodating in allowing us to check in earlier than the stated time. The location is perfect for visiting all major sites using local public transportation. We highly recommend this flat for long or short-term stays in the Sydney area.
