We are renting one brand new, fully furnished room in St Ives with an ensuite and separate entrance.
This is 5 bedroom newly built house occupied by a professional couple. We have no intention to rent other rooms.
The rent includes utilities and WiFi.
Suits quiet and tidy woman looking for a short term stay.
Excellent location: Next to bus stop and 1.6 km to Gordon station. Also, you can get direct buses to Wynyard station.
There is plenty of on street parking.
No couples or pets please.
