Right at the top of the stairs behind the Manly SLSC, this peaceful, spacious family home is 1km from Manly Wharf, 500m from Fairy Bower pool and 500m from the Corso. Finding parking is no problem because there is one free off-street parking spot. BBQ while watching the surfers. Three high-ceilinged bedrooms downstairs, with a private main bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs. Air-conditioning and blackout blinds offer respite from the heat in summer. A full kitchen plus a BBQ on the balcony for those sociable mealtimes. An internal washer and drier, as well as everything you need to celebrate summer in comfort.
Manly is a 20 minute ferry ride from Circular Quay between the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is also a vibrant village full of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Stroll along the Corso, eating gelato on those long summer evenings.
Cabbage Tree Bay, an aquatic reserve bustling with temperate coastal reef sea-life makes snorkelling a daily joy and less than 500m from the door of this home.
The Spit-to-Manly walk and the North Head Reserve are two magnificent coastal walks which should be on everyone's bucket-list.
There is also a ferry directly to Rose Bay and Watson's Bay on weekends. Just the ferry ride is a delight, but walking those coastal tracks and eating fish and chips at Doyle's is a treat.
