Reception was great, room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Got off the plane, got my bag, took 2 trains in to the city, walked less than 10 minutes, and at the hotel in 80 minutes from when my plane landed! Can walk to Bondi Beach in 20 minutes!

Such a good hotel! The location was super convenient, next to some of the best shopping in Sydney and a 5 min walk from the train station which we used every day!! Also a short walk into Bondi and once again can use the busses. The room was a perfect size for two guests and was so clean and modern. Will defs be coming back!!!

Great location and fantastic staff at the reception. Only thing to improve is cleaning the room, had to ask two times before they came to clean room and it was the day before leaving. Apart from that it was great

Really clean, lots of space, great shower, cleverly designed and setup and lots of options with lighting. Only gripe is that there were a lot of lights at night (the light switches, the microwave display etc.

Brand new hotel pretty much. Well designed. Close to public transport. Good facilities in the rooms and the hotel related with bar and restaurant downstairs, a laundry and gym upstairs. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were not that interested in helping out with advice on parking etc. even just the basics of pointing out the elevators, rather than just handing you a key with a number written on it and telling you the check out time. Not really the end of the world but certainly not a welcoming experience.

My son and I had a lovely stay there. Well located, nice food and drinks, kind staff, clean room with a nice style and comfortable bed. Affordable as well. We will be back for sure.

Very clean good sized room and quick check in - staff were all friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be that our room wasn't serviced within the 4 day period that was promised but once we had asked it was done straight away. would definitely recommend.
