Absolute water front property at Coba Point, Berowra Waters. Enjoy the quiet, watch the boats go by, take in the stars on a clear night by an outdoor fire. Take a walk in the royal national park, try some fishing off the jetty, take a paddle in a kayak or just relax in the house or cabin with beautiful views of the river and surrounds. Local birds include rainbow lorikeets, sea eagles, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies and others.

The house has 3 communal areas including a living/tv/kitchen area, balcony and mudroom. Full kitchen facilities with gas oven and hobs, bakers fireplace, gas heating and air-conditioning for really hot days.

The property is off-grid with solar powered battery energy, rain water tanks and gas heating. Just 20 mins by boat to either Brooklyn or Berowra waters marina. Either take your own boat or arrange a water taxi to get you there.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven.
