When staying there I opened a drawer to try and find a spare blanket and there were someone’s dirty socks in the drawer. The mirror in the washroom was dirty looked like someone brushed their teeth and splattered it all over the mirror. We killed at least 5 silver fish. The beds were comfortable but I was paranoid that there were bugs in them. We left a day early, because we got discharged early from hospital and they would not refund the last night even though we checked out a little after noon. Will not stay there again

This is a hotel to sleep one night and leave, for personal use and save money. Walls are thin and hotel is aged. Silver fish in the bathroom. It's run down and I'm completely unsure if its a franchise or affiliated with Choice or Radisson.

Nothing good!!!!

First room door was jammed shut. Second room was filthy - hair in the bathtub and all over the floor. We kept our socks on in the room and they were dirty. There was a pile of dirty linen in the hallway. The building is being renovated; very poor workmanship. Messy painting, new flooring lifting. The lady at checkin blamed the new manager and made no effort towards cleaning the room other than to offer another room further down the hall. We had already had to take our luggage down the stairs. And as far as we know there was no pool. Wouldn’t have used it anyway even though it was the reason for choosing that hotel.

I will start with praising the restaurant. Food was delicious Canadian/Philaphino fusion. Big breakfast menu at a reasonable price, a must try. The Park Inn by Radisson formerly the Hearthstone Inn has come along way ecstatically but has a long way to go to meet Raddison standards/expectations. The price point was reasonable for my 1 week stay but lacks hospitality. This hotel does not have an elevator to the lower floor or a luggage cart to unload your luggage. I was travelling with a small child alone and had to arrange child care while I unloaded all luggage required for my week stay. They not only don’t have an elevator but they also have heavy doors without accessibility buttons to each level. They are very inconvenient when you are carrying a lot of stuff or in my case stuff and a child. If you are physically disabled even staying on the main floor adjacent to the front desk would be cumbersome. My first night stay I had no hot water in the bathroom sink/tub. I happened to bump into the maintenance staff in the hallway who immediately came to check the hot water. The bathtub then had hot water but the sink didn’t have hot water the entire week stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and I only had one bar of signal. The ice machine was broken. When I asked the front desk for basic things; wine glass, bottle opener, plate or cutlery it could only be provided if the restaurant was open. The pillows and towels should be replaced. This might be a good option for a short stay.

Not a good experience..

We traveled 2,000 km from Ontario. When we showed up they had no record of us needing 2 rooms. We had to have 1/2 our party go elsewhere to get a hotel room. They realized around 9pm that the mistake was theirs 4 hours later. The ceiling was flooding and falling. Not a good experience. Although the young woman at the front desh did all she could to accommodate us as best as she could. I believe her name was Jackie?

Well where do we start, Walked in main lobby and smell of mold. Room was on bottom floor and musty,mold smell was bad. Lighting in the room was horrible. Not a pleasant stay at all. Won’t be returning. Pay the extra for another hotel
