Pet is friendly but pls help to make the house clean and no smell, or I have to charge extra cleaning fee.

Can be improve

Overall its property is average. It just owner need to fix couple of item.The bed in front room is very noisy. If anyone of us turn it just making loud squeaky sound. The AC fan in that room is so noisy at one point of time. The house has bad musky smell we need to buy room fragrance to eliminate the smell. The backyard need a proper clean up. It has caused lots of mosquitoes.
