Gorgeous home in Sydals with kitchen

Thanks to its location in the beautiful surroundings, the vacation home is a good starting point for a nice vacation near a child-friendly beach and many excursion possibilities. It looks bright and friendly. It has a nice combined kitchen-living area with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, as well as 2 tasteful bathrooms. The terrace is partially screened. Excursion recommendations: Universe, the historic surroundings, Sønderborg Castle, Dybbøl Mill and the small town of Sønderborg. On the nearby Kegnæs peninsula there are excellent bathing beaches. In the dune depressions you are undisturbed, in the sandy shore the children will surely like to go shell hunting. Fishing from the coast is also possible here.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit dem Garten ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen umfassend, die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Acht Personen haben genügend Platz und ausreichend Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Ausschliesslich die -noch nicht- renovierten Duschen trüben den Gesamteindruck. Wenn der Vermieter hier verbessert, lässt das Ferienhaus keine Wünsche mehr übrig. Die Lage ist super, wunderbar ruhig, herrlicher Strand in fussläufiger Entfernung…… Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nach erfolgter Sanierung der Duschen wieder.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu siebent im Haus mit den vier Schlafzimmern sehr genossen. Aufgrund vorheriger Rezensionen hatte ich Befürchtungen, was den Zustand des Hauses betrifft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Couch, Sessel, Couchtisch und die Terassenmöbel sind erneuert, der massive Esstisch und Essstühle wie neu. In der Küche sind die Geräte ausgetauscht, was den „Alles-aus-einem-Guss“-Eindruck etwas stört. Leider hat der Küchenboden ein paar unschöne Einschläge, was einigermaßen gut mit einem passenden Küchenteppich kaschiert wird. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, was für meinen Geschmack gar nicht zusammengewürfelt ist. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts. Selbst Backformen und Rührschüsseln sind vorhanden. Alles gut. Die Sauberkeit kann man ja zum Glück selbst beeinflussen. Und wenn man bereit ist, einen Putzlappen auch schon mal zu Beginn des Urlaubs in die Hand zu nehmen, dann muss man sich im Urlaub nicht täglich über den Schmutz der Vormieter ärgern. Anscheinend ist es einigen Mietern nicht bewusst, dass sie für die Endreinigung zuständig sind und das geht leider zu Lasten der Reputation dieses Mietobjektes. Mit der Nähe zum Strand, einem herrlich großen Grundstück mit verschiedenen Obstbäumen und der hoch gewachsenen Hecke punktet das Urlaubsdomizil sehr. Wir hatten Pflaumen und die ersten Birnen und es blüht wahrscheinlich immer irgendeine Pflanze der Hecke. Alles in Allem empfehle ich dieses Haus.
