Staying near the beach

For being a low price hotel, it was Ok Breakfast was good and basic. The bar had good food and drinks. Shopping and the train station were near by as was the beach. Bring your walking shoes. The market was a block away, lots of cheap items.

You get what you pay for, I guess.

Reception staff were kind, and it was possible to understand their english. I did not like the location. The hallways were OK,but room was small and was clearly worn. Also very poor sound isolation. The cleanliness was bad with stains and dust several places. The shower and toilet was REALLY awful. The smoke detector had no battery in it. The table lamp next to the bed had split wires, so I left that unplugged. The bed.. Oh my god. It killed my back and today it's been hurting. I only managed to get 5 hours sleep. If you want to enjoy your trip, don't be a cheapskate like I was. Lesson learned, for my next hotel room i paid double the price and it's totally worth it!

Das Zimmer war sauber,Bett gut,restliches Inventar aber müsste ausgetauscht werden.Bad sehr klein und in die "Jahre,, gekommen aber sauber.Es fehlen Informationen im Zimmer wie,Weg zum Speisesaal, Notrufnummern und Bedienung Fernseher usw. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.Die Zimmer konnte man in unserem Gebäude nur über Treppen erreichen,aber im Hauptgebäude habe ich einen Fahrstuhl gesehen

Ehrliche und objektive Bewertung

Problem: Wir waren im Ausland und sind der polnischen Sprache nicht mächtig. Trotzdem erwarten wir, dass an der Rezeption eine deutsch oder englisch sprechende Person sitzt, mit der man sich verständigen kann. Wir hatten als Familie 2 Zimmer. Möbel abgewohnt/ abgenutzt. Am Heizkörper im Zimmer 116 fehlte das Thermostat, was auch nach mehreren Mahnungen nicht ersetzt wurde. Badarmaturen "verkeimt", Waschbecken defekt. Positiv: Betten waren i.O. Sehr positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet war große Klasse und das Spa war i.O.

Das Frühstück war für diese Art des Herbergens üppig und große Auswahl. Waren positiv begeistert, gerne wieder. PARTANISCH OBERFLÄCHLICH SAUBER, GENÜGT ALLERDINGS VÖLLIG AUS!! Etwas arg hellhörig die Zimmer, haben alles von den Nachbarn über umd neben uns mitgenommen.. ALLES IN ALLEM GUT UND POSITIV

Das Badezimmer im Zimmer 134 ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt vor allem die Sessel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Der WIFI ist bei voller Ausbuchtung überfordert und funktioniert nicht. Der Kühlschrank ist von Samsung aber löst sich langsam auf, ein Wechsel wäre von Vorteil. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse und sehr lecker. Der Schwimmbad ist klein aber dafür gut ausgestattet mit Solebad, 2 Whirlpools, Dampfsauna. Die Reception ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Herr in der Bar Notabene (gehört zum Hotel) ist vorbildlich und gold Wert die Dame nicht besonders höflich und arbeitet bei Frühstücksbuffet,wo Sie Geschirr abräumt obwohl man verneint hat. In der Bar am vorletzten Tag würde ich und die anderen deutschen Gäste die hinter mir waren vorgeführt worden. Habe mich bei Geschäftsleitung beschwert. Restlichen Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend.

Simples Hotel mit solidem Angebot.

Zimmer recht schlicht, aber sauber. Hübscher Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Dampfbad (letzteres mit etwas wenig Dampf), aber ohne separaten Ruhebereich. Lage etwas abseits, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Promenade Swinemünde, dafür ruhig. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vor allem für Usedom.

Swinemünde

Freundliches Personal, Parkplätze für geringen Aufpreis buchbar, reichhaltiges Buffet. WLAN meist vorhanden, aber selten mit Internetzugang. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet. Dusche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gesamte Anlage sauber. Allgemeiner Hinweis: Beide Zugänge auf Insel Usedom sind Zugbrücken, die zu bestimmten Zeiten geöffnet werden. Also vorher die Zeiten ansehen!!
