Soon good some not so good

First time I have booked with VRBO. I had no communication till 5 days before. The email was incomplete with no key details. I was nervous that it was a hoax. I sent an email to the host and had no reply. I rang the host who said he was letting me have the key details on the morning of our start day. This is not acceptable.
