The none availability of the 1 hotel lift for the 3 days at your hotel was unacceptable. Surely there is a maintenance service level agreement in place. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, luckily of the 4 suitcases we travelled back from usa with 3 were left with our son. I will be writing a formal letter of complaint once back in Spain. Aware that an email was sent regarding lift situation but was read post check-in.

Friendly staff from the moment we walked in, and very helpful. Room was lovely and clean with very comfortable beds and nice hot shower. No complaints at all about the breakfast- better than expected! I would definitely recommend .

Our stay (Jan 28–31) was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were satisfactory for our group of 3 adults and 2 children, providing enough space and comfort. However breakfast, Despite being advertised as included, they had run out of eggs and several other items for the final two days.The staff didn't seem to have a plan to restock, which was frustrating.

An absolute pleasure! Stayed at three different IHG hotels in the past three days, this one provided the best service among them all. The gentleman at the reception made our stay trouble free and so welcoming! My daughter had a relaxing stay with her lovely mini-cola bottle. We will definately come back.

Modern clean good location ideal for dog owners as table set aside for breakfast with your pet also wood walk 50 yards across the road which is a secure little dog walk. Breakfast not bad, only grimp was air con wasn’t throwing out much heat in a cold spell

The booking was simple, the price great, the room spacious. Bed a little too firm but okay. Bar on the evening good, evening meal ok. Breakfast very good. All round great value

The room was perfectly clean and a huge size. The amenities in the room were equally favourable. Although not specifically required, I was allocated an accessible room which, seeing as my wife requires such rooms, it gave me the perfect opportunity to sample the provision available and was delighted. The Great Room restaurant was great, both for dinner and the Complementary breakfast!
