The hotel was very well located near Swindon retail outlet. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and being a buffet meant you could have as much or as little of everything as you wanted. The man on reception, at check in, was really welcoming, friendly and efficient. Overall, a great stay.

Nice stay in gemeral however we were woke at 3am by an abusive guest shouting, swearing and banging on doors. I did ask them to keep it down as it was very late and were and others were trying to slerp, she however replied with abuse and carried on. I called reception and the night msnager attended, i believe he too was met with the same amount of abuse. The hotel gandled it the best they could. Just an unfortunate experience.

No car park spaces available on arrival. Check in ok but friendlier staff on the morning shift when leaving. Both evening staff were grumpy and “doing you a favour” by doing their job. Customer lift has seen better days and food offer was ok for dinner and breakfast. Unlikely to return.

The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot. Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely. The hotel and room were absolutely fine. I can't comment on the area because we were just passing through. It's very convenient for the motorway and not too far from a delicious Thai restaurant.
