This terrace house in Swansea City Centre is well located for anything you want to do around town. There is convenience shops nearby and the two minute walk to Wetherspoons should you so desire! House is well set up with one bedroom down stairs three bedrooms upstairs with a well stocked kitchen should you want to prepare food. Smart TV work 12 with Netflix etc .Generally the area is no worse than any other any inner city area with a pub over the road but we did not hear any noises from outside once the door shut. I'd recommend this place if you're in Swansea for an event or for a family get together.
