The overall cleanliness of the property was not what I expected considering there was a mandatory cleaning fee. Large trash items were still on the floors throughout the house: candy wrappers, popcorn, etc. All surfaces were extremely dusty except the kitchen. There were several items we fixed during out stay: hinges completely off a door, tightening legs on chairs and tables, for example. This property would benefit by having an actual maintenance person do the installation of things like shelves and curtains to maintain safety. The shelf located behind the couch is too small for the brackets and the brackets extend into the couch, so two of our family were stabbed in the back of the head/neck when they sat down. Also, my credit card was charged an additional 700 in two separate transactions and when I asked about it - the delayed response was, "I will look into it." I never received an explanation, but the charges were reversed. Overall, the house served its purpose - but I was a little underwhelmed by a few issues.
