Your perfect and peaceful mountain getaway with 180 degree mountain views. You can watch the sun rise over the mountains and set over the mountains from the same seat in the house. 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, NC and 10 minutes to downtown Black Mountain, NC. Brand new home, built in 2019. Can accommodate a large family and/or multiple families with 3 king size beds with a pull out couch. Outside fire pit. Close to Biltmore, hiking trails, and more. Tucked away, off of a main road although the nearest grocery store is just less than a mile away. Circle drive. No pets. NON-SMOKING.
