This modern third floor apartment, with lift access, is perfect for couples wishing to stay in the heart of Swanage town centre and has reserved free parking nearby, which is a real benefit for properties in this area. It enjoys a quiet location at the rear of the building and a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants along the High Street ensures that all amenities lie within a short walking distance. The beach around the corner, with its golden sands, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade in the evening. Walkers are also well-catered for with the South West Coastal Path close by, and cyclists can secure their bikes on the bars provided in the cycle shed. A trip on the steam train to Corfe Castle makes for a great day out, where you can visit the picturesque 11th-century castle on the National Trust site.
