On the first floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 terraces, and on the second floor of the house there are another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.In the courtyard of the house there is a private swimming pool (36 m2), an outdoor kitchen with a grill and two refrigerators (a standard refrigerator and a wine refrigerator with a total capacity of 48 bottles), a large table and a sofa.
