A contemporary retreat, in the heart of nature, this house, with a private swimming pool, allows guests to truly get away from the stresses of modern life.

The house, which is surrounded by trees, sleeps 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a sofa, wood-burning stove and dining table for 6. Large glass doors lead directly to a covered balcony which looks out over the pool. There is a large table which is ideal for dining at any time of day. The open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and kettle.

There is a lower ground floor, accessed from the garden, where guests can use a summer kitchen with a cooker hob, oven and fridge, plus an additional shower and WC.

The outside space has been carefully designed. The private swimming pool is below the house next to a spacious terrace with tables and chairs and a large parasol. Beyond the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers. A separate terrace with a unique barrel table has a brick grill for outdoor cooking.

Bedroom: The first-floor bedroom, under the pitched roof, has 4 single beds, a flat-screen TV and drawers.
Bedroom 2: There is a comfortable double bed.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom 1: On the ground floor, this bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: In the summer kitchen, there is a second bathroom with a shower, basin and WC.

In the quiet countryside, the house is extremely peaceful. Guests will be spoiled for choice, whether exploring the historical surroundings, enjoying the delicious local restaurants, hiking through undisturbed nature or relaxing in the beautiful garden. The capital Zagreb is just 30 minutes away. The city’s museums, cathedral and markets make an ideal day trip. Another option is the city of Varazdin (40 minutes). Varazdin’s daily market is one of the best in northern Croatia. It has over 300 stalls where visitors can buy the freshest local produce.

Franjo Tudman International Airport in Zagreb, is just a 35 minute drive away.
