Two bedrooms boast ensuite facilities, while one bedroom is on the ground floor and the remaining three are upstairs, two of which have direct access to a charming terrace.



On the ground floor, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flowing into the spacious living and dining area. From here, step out into the expansive garden with an inviting pool, perfect for leisurely hours beneath Istria's sunny skies. The terrace offers cozy seating and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals and social gatherings. An outdoor grill beckons culinary adventures, while pool loungers and an outdoor shower ensure additional comfort.



For our younger guests, the garden is a true paradise with numerous play opportunities for hours of fun. The entire villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and a washing machine is also available. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and baby cot to enhance your stay.
