Eigentlich absolut TOP. House Keeping sehr gut. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden sogar am Sonntag erledigt. Aussicht auf’s Nachbargrundstück ja, und der dazu gehörende Hund der auch Nachts bellt na ja. Kleinere Reparaturen Sonnenschirme, Handtuchhalter, Liegen, Stühle, Fliegenfenster, Rollos etc. sollten bis zum nächsten Mal gerne behoben sein. Wir haben trotzdem schon wieder für 2026 gebucht.

Heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien!

Bij aankomst waren we verrast door de vormgeving en de luxe uitstraling van het huis.Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, airconditioning in alle vetrekken overal een badkamer ensuite en bij binnenkomst in de algemene ruimte nog een apart toilet (waar tevens ook de wasmachine staat).De keuken is, op het koffiezetapparaat na, voorzien van goede luxe apparatuur.Het koffiezet(filter)apparaat daarentegen is echt aan vervanging toe, loopt niet goed door (maakt veel herrie en geeft na 2 uur wachten maar een bodem aan koffie).De bedden hebben allen een luxe uitstraling al was de vering in de matrassen and Iets te veel voelbaar waardoor de matrassen voor ons iets te hard waren.De omgeving is mooi qua natuur, helaas zijn er wel veel honden in de buurt aanwezig die regelmatig van zich laten horen of die buiten het erf loslopen. Dit was in combinatie met ons eigen hondje niet altijd handig. Door de grote overkapping kon er ook bij wat minder weer prima buitengezeten worden en gebruik gemaakt worden van de mooie vaste barbecue. Kortom wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad waarbij de hosstess erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Een 10 hiervoor! Het was het geld meer dan waard!

Garbage problems

You really need to do something about The garbageoptions it really sucks and did not get empty and stinks and get 100+ flies and thats not okay But The House was really Nice and clean inside We came to a broken toilet Seat and broken closet, The sweet House keeper try to fixed it but whitout Any luck We had a Nice stay and The pool was great

Toller Familienurlaub in perfekter Unterkunft

Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Nikoleta! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die vielen Schlaf- und Badezimmer sorgen für genug Privatsphäre bei jeglicher Gruppen-Konstellation. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Der tolle Pool und die nahegelegenen Strände in Rabac mit glasklarem Wasser waren einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Haus und die Gastgeber sind auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen. Sehr schönes Haus mit beschriebener guter Ausstattung. Sehr gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber. In der Küche hat es eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind ausreichend groß. Die Außenanlage war sehr schön gepflegt und der Pool wurde auch während dem Aufenthalt regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterin war immer über eine Handynummer erreichbar. Die nächsten Strände, die nicht komplett überlaufen sind (Rabac) sind doch gut 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der eigene Pool hat die fehlende Strandnähe allerdings ausgeglichen. In Fußnähe gibt es einen kleinen Minimarkt, der viele Dinge anbietet. Für größere Einkäufe sind ein LIDL, Spar und PLODINE in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. In der "Stadt" selbst ist nicht viel los, für abendliche Unterhaltung muss man entweder in die nächste Stadt fahren.

Traumhafte Villa - perfekt zum Erholen

Die TOP-Villa befindet sich in einem sehr guten, sauberen und modernen Zustand. Es war alles TOP gereinigt bei Ankunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr gut (kleine Anmerkung - aber kein Kritikpunkt: uns fehlte ein Toaster, Messbecher bzw. eine Waage). Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe von ca. 32 qm und war für uns (6 Personen) eine optimale Größe. Die Villa befindet sich ein einer ruhigen Ortschaft mit einem kleinem Supermarkt (hier bekommt wirklich alles, was man benötigt). In dem Ort Labin (nur 5 km entfernt) gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Spar, DM, usw.). Empfehlenswert ist in Labin die Pizzeria Rumore - am besten einen Tisch reservieren). Wir können diese Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub sehr empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus dem Frankenland

Super Ferienhaus

Alles vorhanden was man zur Erholung braucht, wir waren alle zufrieden. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben war ein deutscher Fernsehsender 🤔,da sollte man nochmal dran arbeiten, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln ist ein super Ferienhaus mit allen was man im Urlaub braucht.
