perfect holiday

It was a perfect vacation. The house is beautiful and there are many cozy places. It is very quiet in the forest and yet central enough to go on nice excursions. The pool is a dream for young and old :) We (parents, children and the dog) felt very comfortable and the communication with the extremely friendly, helpful and very nice landlord went smoothly. We will definitely be back - thank you very much.

Erholsame Tage in Istrien

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Pool ist wirklich super schön und groß. Der Vermieter hat uns immer unsere Privatsphäre gegeben. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen von anderen nicht verstehen! Alles ist wirklich sehr gut!

Erholung pur

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Haus und Anlage waren wie beschrieben. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Kinder glücklich, Hunde zufrieden, Eltern glücklich. 10 Punkte für den Vermieter. Es war der beste, den wir je hatten. Sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam.

Nicht wie beschrieben

Es war nicht so toll. Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Besitzer sehr unfreundlich. Das Haus ist ncht komplett eingezäunt, somit konnten unsere Hunde abhauen. Der Besitzer hat Katzen, die immer im Garten rumgelaufen sind und unsere Hunde die leider gejagt haben. Der Besitzer war auch nervig, er oder seine Frau sind 2 bis 3 mal täglich in unseren Garten gekommen und mussten immer irgendetwas machen. Die Hunde mussten dann jedesmal ins Haus oder angeleint werden. Wir waren schon in vielen Hàusern, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. War mehr stress, als Erholung!

Sehr ruhiges Lage, super Pool und nur kleine Abstriche

Das Haus ist im Prinzip wie im Insersat beschrieben. Einige Sachen wurden erneuert, womit die Fotos einen nicht ganz aktuellen Stand zeigen. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht, alles sauber und modern zu halten. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, was uns überrascht, aber nicht gestört hat. Zwar wohnen die Besitzer im angrenzenden Haus, aber wir haben sie die ganze Zeit über nicht gesehen. Der Pool hat eine Größe von 9x7m und ist am hinteren Ende 2,20m tief. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass der Schotterweg zwischen Hoftor und Haustür als Hunde- und Katzenklo herhalten muss. Hier habe ich JEDEN Morgen mehrere Haufen beseitigt, damit es nicht nach Tierexkrementen roch. Teils kamen wir aber abends vom Strand zurück und rochen schon auf dem Weg zur Haustür, dass wieder irgendwo eine Katze ihr Geschäft verrichtet hatte. Das war wirklich nicht so schön! Leider waren auch einige Elektrogeräte defekt: Dunstabzugshaube, Mikrowelle und Getränkemixer Das war schade, aber auch kein Weltuntergang. Ich hatte die Defekte an Tag 2 gemeldet, aber nie eine Reaktion darauf erhalten. Aus den besagten Gründen gibt es 4 von 5 Sternen.

Traumurlaub als Familie

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Und in nur 15 Minuten ist man in Rabac oder Labin. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen in der Nähe. Am Haus direkt absolute Ruhe. Dass die Eigentümer mit da wohnen ist nicht zu merken. Haus ist toll. Pool riesig nur etwas kühl. Katzen auf dem Grundstück, die sehr lieb sind. Wir wären nächstes Jahr August gerne wiedergekommen, doch leider ist es schon ausgebucht. Für uns eine Oase der Erholung. Danke!
