Surf City beach accommodation

The rooms and clean and seem to have recently updated!

Very disappointed in the customer service , noisy and the TV didn’t work. Poor lighting in the room and very small bathrooms .

Great staff, the bar was great, had events going on. Close to the beach, and not far from good food.

Beautiful hotel, everything you’re looking for is right there. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more engaging.

The home was very spacious given the amount of guest we had . What we found was disappointing was the cleanliness of the house . Several of the bed spreads were dirty and mattress covers were soiled . The grill on the deck on the 3rd floor was not clean properly thus causing a fire making the grill inoperable. The 3rd floor couch was dirty and a little dated . The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned properly . My guest and I had to clean the bathrooms before use .Overall we were able to enjoy the house with our guest .

I really liked this hotel. I had the ocean front panoramic room on the third floor. It was really nice. Room was a good size, king bed was super comfortable, good lighting, new floor, pretty big photo pictures, private balcony, nice “kitchen”area, plenty of storage for clothes. View was so pretty. Fun to watch the fishermen and surfers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.
