Property was clean staff was efficient. Had a good breakfast in the morning use taxi to and from train station and the bus to go to the downtown to walk around and have dinner also was convenient to take a little hike on a trail up into the hills.

The hotel room is adequate however we were completely shocked on the extreme mark up that expedia have charged over the normal room rate, around £150. This will be refelected in social media and trip advisor reviews on our return. This does not reflect on the hotel standards, just greed of expedia.

Easy to find and access from the highway. Had a very nice restaurant with outdoor seating. Room was nice and there was a grassy outside area to relax in. We would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel ... Better restaurant

The hotel is more known for its restaurant. Its good for a 1 or 2 nights stay. Rooms are clean and has all the basic amenities. Location is good but very close to the main road and bit noisy if the window are open. Recommended if you have a vehicle otherwise you are relying on public transport which is not bad as well. Restaurant food is something not to be missed. Bit on the costly side but it's worth it

What Stay? Certainly NOT on Christmas Eve...

The Hotel advertised and accepted and billed my reservation for Christmas Eve of 2018. when I arrived at 9:00 PM that night, no one was there, no reception staff were on duty, and I was told very rudely in almost unintelligible and very loud profane language through an emergency intercom system that the hotel was closed. I feel that they acted in bad faith by accepting my reservation. I am pursuing remedies from both Hotels.com (whom I contacted that night to report the issue to, and my bank for my lost money, and would never stay there again. Thank goodness that there was an Ibis Hotel down the street that treated me kindly and put us up for the night.
