Welcome Home is your ultimate private pool and beach retreat on Holden Beach, designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable coastal views. This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home features an inverted floor plan, placing the main living area upstairs to maximize sweeping ocean vistas from the full-length front and back decks—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Located just steps from your private beach access (between 1135 & 1139 OBW), this home blends classic coastal charm with modern upgrades. Recent updates include a new pool deck, fresh interior painting, upgraded HVAC system, double oven, and stylish interior accessories.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious master suites along with two additional bedrooms and a total of three full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families and groups. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining, featuring dual ovens and two dishwashers for added convenience. The open living area invites gathering and relaxation, complete with a gas fireplace (available October–April), TVs, ceiling fans, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Step outside to enjoy your private pool (open April–October), rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, or unwind on the expansive decks while taking in the ocean breeze.

For weekly rentals, bed linens are provided for all bedroom beds. A Welcome Amenity Bag includes starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit; however, guests should plan to bring or purchase additional items as needed. Towels are not included but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Nicest house we’ve stayed in

This is the best and nicest house we’ve stayed in as a family of 4 so far. The reason for 4 stars is because the pool had so much chlorine that we were unable to use it. Otherwise the location, view, cleanliness, overall condition of the house was fantastic!

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Welcome Home very much! The house was clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the ocean, especially being a second row house. The beach access was so close and no stairs. We appreciated the convenience of the keyless entry. The pool is nice but stayed a bit chilly for our preference. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the mattress in the upstairs bedroom or maybe adding a foam topper to increase comfort. It’s certainly not in bad shape, but could have been more comfortable for our taste. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your nice home.

Holden Beach Get Away

We had a great time at this house and at Holden Beach. My two young children enjoyed the short walk to the beach and playing in the pool. The house is open and comfortable and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The pool was very nice and large enough for everyone to enjoy. We all loved the porches and rockers. The area was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent this house again!
