Mom’s Gift is a beautifully renovated duplex located on a quiet street, offering both comfort and convenience for your Holden Beach getaway. Fully updated inside and out, this thoughtfully designed home sleeps up to six guests and provides lovely ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views.

The upper level features two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath and private balcony. The front king bedroom offers scenic ocean views, while the rear queen bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, creating peaceful spaces to relax and unwind.

The lower level boasts a spacious open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and a comfortable family room. The family area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full bath, making it ideal for additional guests. Enjoy time outdoors on the lower-level front porch with rocking chairs or the larger rear deck, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guests are just a four-minute walk to the private beach access located between 231–235 OBW.

Directions: Leaving the house, turn left and walk down the street to Boyd Street, turn right, cross Ocean Boulevard, and walk through the tree-lined archway to the beach.

At ground level, the home offers parking for up to three vehicles, a private enclosed outdoor shower, a storage area, and a rear patio deck with a gas grilling area. To make your stay even easier, the homeowner provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for guest use.

Ready for Bed: Beds are made upon arrival—this home comes ready for bed for a relaxing, worry-free check-in.

Great location!

What a wonderful stay! It was a easy trip to the beach with everything you need. There are great ocean views from the road front porches and the marsh views in the evenings are so serene. The layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms up top and a main level with a pull out and a bath made it feel so big for a town home. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and will be back.

Great family getaway!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The house was beautiful, linens and towels were provided, and the location is excellent. Just a short walk (about 4 minutes) to the beach and you have amazing views of the beach and intercoastal waterway from the bedrooms! There's a coffee shop and playground with a pickleball court and splash pad within walking distance as well. The owner takes wonderful care of the property. We can't wait to visit again!
