Our guests are OUR priority!! Easy access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and spacious living/dining/kitchen combined area, a fully equipped kitchen if you are vacationers that cook full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Newly installed laminate wood flooring in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, freshly painted and extra clean. Private secure Internet access included. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station allowing for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A flat-screen television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
