Somewhere South condo is located within Sea Trail Golf Resort and is a convenient 1st-floor unit. The condo porch faces the parking lot and allows easy loading and unloading.

The condo is about 1 mile to the beautiful Sunset Beach! The island of Sunset is known for its expansive natural sandy beach and dunes. The gentle slope and smooth, soft sand make Sunset one of the top beaches in the country. Two bedroom condo features a master bedroom with a Sterns and Foster Luxury King mattress. The Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower with a safety railing. Both bathrooms have a private bath/toilet with a vanity outside of the bathroom. Each is equipped with a hairdryer.

The second bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed and a futon that is kid-friendly or could sleep a small adult futon. Pack & Play with linens and a highchair are included.

The kitchen includes basic pots and pans, a hand mixer, a blender, a crockpot, a toaster/toaster oven, instapot, a Keurig duel drip and k-cup coffeemaker, six plastic Ikea plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for children.

The condo has a washer-dryer unit located in the master bedroom.

Paper products/consumables included:
Two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, tissues, napkins, bath handwashing soap, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Often other items and paper products may be available from past rentals. We ask that if you use more than half of the dishwasher or laundry soap, please replace it.

The condo is Wifi enabled, and all TVs are set up with Roku, ready to log into your favorite streaming services! All TVs have YouTube TV access included.

If you wish, we can register guests to use the owner's facilities which include access to the Pink Palace Pool & Exercise Creekside building at 200 Rice Mill Circle or the MAC Pool at 239 Clubhouse Rd.
Rules are attached to the pool/activity center access card—a $250 replacement fee for any damage to the key or other violations. A seven-day notice is required, and all names and contact numbers must be provided for us to register you as our guests.

*Sofa covers-white flat sheet sets are included to protect you and other guests. Please note that one sofa cushion has been mended to repair a popped zipper.

This location is very close to the beach, just over the bridge and you are there. The condo is fully stocked for beach accessories. Great getaway without packing everything for the beach. We will definitely stay there again!

Communication and check-in were good. Furniture was uncomfortable, especially the hard sofa. King bed in master sinks to middle but still slept ok. Convenient place to stay for a family with small child, toys and beach stuff everywhere in the kids room. Little messy in there without having a storage closet. Same for cleaning supplies in master, perhaps consider adding a curtain for less cluttered look.

Condo for a couple with children

Uncomfortable bed and furniture. Much toys for children and beach equipment. We just used the condo to sleep, shower and breakfast. We spent our happy days at beach and dining with many relatives at their homes/condos/ restaurants.

Bungalow at the Beach

Very comfy, clean & welcoming condo at Sea Trail in Sunset Beach. Private 1st floor condo with everything and more one would need for a relaxing stay. Just minutes from Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Swipe card did not work at the Pink Flamingo and it wasn’t open. The activity center was under construction/remodeling and the MAC Center was not found. Definitely would book this place again without a second thought!

I live in the area and needed to book this for my son and his family for a long weekend. I liked the fact that the location was included in the listing so we could see exactly where property is. Upon booking I contacted the host and she was very responsive. This is a great location and property inside was very clean and decorated nicely. Nice beach items for use. On the downside there was an issue with check in as instructions never came. I wanted to go into property prior to my son’s arrival and had to contact host after 4 o’clock check in time. Hanging out in parking lot but I will say she responded quickly and provided code to enter. My son told me the people directly above them were very noisy on one night (Saturday) making it difficult for child in top bunk to fall asleep. That’s something host has no control over and being ground level you always hope people above you are considerate of that. Having said that ground floor with children and “stuff” is a plus. Overall this is a great property and personally I found it to be extremely clean which is huge for me.

Perfect Get Away

Absolutely beautiful condo. Everything was just as described. It was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. It was nice having the board games, beach chairs, etc provided so we could cut back on some of the packing since it was just a quick weekend trip. We definitely hope to visit again!

The condo was just as advertized, the only problem was that whoever cleaned before we got there forgot to start the washing machine. Not a problem, we ran the washer and folded the laundry. Thanks again.

Wonderful Condo in Prime Seatrail Location

We have stayed in numerous Seatrail Condos and this one is the top of our list. Great location. Nicely furnished. Many nice details and the owners responded quickly to a question. A very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended.

Great Property, but

The Property was well kept. It was very clean. It has a great location (stores right down the road). My only problem with this property is the A/C. We were not allowed to set the a/c below 70 degrees or the a/c would freeze up. I travel with people who are hot natured. If I had known of this restriction, I would not have booked this location. It was not mentioned in the listing.
