My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked well for our plans.
However, there was a small but inconsistent issue at check-in. We had booked our stay through Expedia with breakfast included, but the receptionist didn’t mention this at all when we arrived. The next morning, we were unsure whether we were supposed to pay for breakfast or not, and had to go back and ask to confirm. It would have been much smoother if this had been clearly communicated at check-in.
Aside from that, staff were polite and the amenities were great. Just a note for management to improve communication around package inclusions - it makes a big difference in the guest experience.
