Lobby was very clean and modern, evident that it has been renovated. Room was neat and clean. It was unfortunate that breakfast was in included in the stay, and that upon check-in it was not made clear that breakfast hadn't been included in my room purchase. When I was booking the room, an option to pay for included breakfast was not clear either. The manager was respectful. The hotel is located close to the town of Bethlehem, although I will say traffic was quite heavy to get there, making a 20 minute drive about 35 minutes, so consider this when staying if going back and forth to town.

The fitness room was terrible. The elliptical trainer was inoperable and there were electrical wires hanging out of floor and wall. When we asked the front desk if they could help us, they sent a maintenance person who knew absolutely nothing. The desk people told us Hilton hires an outside company to manage the fitness equipment, and they have had a terrible time getting the company to do their job correctly. Then when we ordered dinner via room service, we waited and waited until finally we walked down to the lobby and picked it up ourselves. To their credit, the manager gave a a slight discount on the room rate when we complained during check out. Still, the experience was not good.

Room was not clean when we arrived hair was in the shower and on the shower head, my daughter’s doll got kicked under bed when retrieving it found trash and pens under the bed THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!! Had issues with the toilet where it actually clogged called front desk and still no one came. Gave them two stars for staff cause the gentleman on the day of arrival and into morning was very helpful and attentive! Other than that unresponsive and gross ! Couldn’t even get towels !
