The enchanting property dating back to the early decades of the 1900s is arranged over 3 levels which enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and Monte Isola.
Peculiar features are the 6 balconies overlooking the lake, a bow window in the living room and the completely frescoed coffered wooden ceilings of the living room.
Important and exclusive pluses are the spacious pier and the garden overlooking the lake.
The villa is arranged over three levels as follows:

- The basement floor which gives immediate access to the large garden is equipped with a laundry room and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

- On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room including an entrance hall, a sitting room with lake view, a dining room, a kitchen with an original stone fireplace and a small service bathroom.

-On the top floor which is accessed via a wooden staircase, there is the sleeping area including three bedrooms; two doubles with balcony overlooking the lake and one single. Furthermore, we find an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and a room used as a walk-in closet.
