Not as good as you’d like!

The staff is friendly but not very competent. Asked for cleaning service twice and they did not clean my room. We were there four nights and they never cleaned the room! They have signs that say if you want service before the 3rd night ask. I did. They did not provide service. I then had to ask for more towels at least- which they brought. The hotel keeps their laundry room for open- all the time!! It never closed and guests walk down the hall to their rooms and the door to the laundry is open always- at the beginning of the hallway! Terrible look!! The place should be a two star motel. Not up to standards by any means. Oh and the indoor pool stinks- you can not stay in that room- smells awful!!!!

We stayed one night to visit the beautiful town of Pella. The property is out of the way (but not far from all the museums) that it made for a nice sleep as everything was quiet. The staff was very friendly. Every staff member from the host to housekeeping greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. This is a great place to stay in a beautiful Tulip Town!

found ants in my room. Place was full so could not change rooms. Asked about traps or poison but the kid working said he didn't have any. No remedy or apology offered.

No problems. The only issue to mention with cleanliness was that there was a lot of condensation on the window sill above the AC unit, but that probably couldn't be helped considering the weather. The bathroom, all the bedding, and the common areas seemed nice and clean. Good breakfast. Note that one of the local severe weather sirens is very close to the hotel, and it happened to go off while we were sleeping, but that also can't be helped.

For a “resort & spa”, my expectations were higher. Bed was uncomfortable, hot water for first few minutes in shower then NONE, noisy. I left my pillows behind and they hadn’t checked the room yet that night when I called. Haven’t called me back in three days about how to arrange shipping them.

Saturday we asked for a room clean and they only took our dirty lines and made our beds. I would like to have been told that we had to ask to have our bedding changed and our bathroom cleaned. Pool & hot tub area was nice. The room was nice also.
