Check in staff was great, Unfortunately there was no mention of the renovations going on at the hotel. I even asked to be situated away from the elevator due to noise. We were in town for a wedding which as expected ended late saturday night. Around 845am sunday we were abruptly woken to the sound of a belt sander or something. I called the desk rught away and was told "okay, ill check" it went on for about 15 minutes in total. When we went to keave, we discovered we were between two rooms being completely gutted and reonvated. I can absolutely understand hotels needing to renovate. However, to not even mention it to guests, AND book a room BETWEEN two rooms being completely renovated was unacceptable. The parking lot was about 30% full so i find it hard to believe the hotel was at capcity. To make matters worse, upon checkout when i nitified staff of my displeasure, i was simply met with "sorry about that, have a good day" . I have contacted hotels.com so far with no remedy. I would not recommend this jotel based on their lack of concern for guests stays. Aside from that, thibgs were what you would expect for the rate. Its rather unfortunate people just dint seem to care anymore about hospitality and their reputation.

Asked for room on upper floor for a reason. Was put in a room in the basement. Only window had spotlight shining on it all night, drapes dont block it out at the sides. Could hear people above when they walked. Didn’t ask for a tub in the living room. Carpet completely worn. Etc,etc. Leaving, at 7 am and nobody at registration - 5 people waiting. Left key with desk and told them to email me the receipt, not received yet. .

Room was clean enough, but furniture and fixtures are in rough condition. Hallways need new carpeting. Noise from other guests were very noticeable. The plumbing hummed and clanked anytime someone was showering or flushing. 🙄 A huge gap around the door allow hallway lighting to illuminated the room 😒 the bedding was clean and sufficient; towels were clean but tired looking. And there wasn’t any confectionery available, which is a common expectation to have now. I wouldn’t stay again unless there weren’t other options. Sorry Travelodge.

Good location near hospital. Good food at the Perkin’s Restaurant attached to the motel. The staff was nice. The carpets in the rooms need to be replaced with flooring.

Towels for only 2 people in a room for 4 people Hockey tournament apparently kids running around slamming doors at all hours where were the parents? Nowhere to be found. No towels at the pool Was my first time there probably my last with the 150$ deposit that takes forever to also be refunded
