I travelled to Sudbury to take a friend for a medical procedure. I found that the Travelodge was clean, the staff were friendly, it was conveniently located for access to the hospital and doctors office, as well as reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

The bathroom in our room had mold on the ceiling. Pool area was dirty and the pool didnt look very clean. Bed was so worped you roll into the middle. The elevator was dirty during our stay. I wont be staying there anymore.

This hotel would get a 0 star if I could give it - the staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. There’s water damage in so many parts of the hotel, tape over smoke detectors. Our room was bedbug infested - they told me it was from the previous guest however it appeared they were coming from the pillows after my baby was bitten. We were made to feel like we were the biggest inconvenience to the on shift staff, huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes. When we spoke to the manager in the morning I made it clear I wanted the night reimbursed as not only were there bugs, we had to move our two little ones in the middle of the night. Then we needed to split up our sleeping arrangements and sleep in two separate rooms. The manager told me Of Course AND would you like breakfast. We said yes and man ever since I’ve tried getting my reimbursement that we haven’t received. My calls are not returned and the front desk staff that take the calls are dismissive and have hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!

Good location. Clean room and lobby area. Hot tub never seems to be working. Second visit that it's been down. And please set a clock, none of them were, alarm clock, microwave, lobby clock, pool . Just a pet peeve of mine. Great stay

While the building itself is a bit outdated and showing some wear, the staff we extremely friendly and helpful and they were very accommodating, especially helping me with some early check ins and late check outs which was so helpful and took a lot of stress off while here for my mothers emergency surgery. I would definitely recommend the travelodge if you need to visit someone in the Sudbury hospital.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures or the advertisements of proving you with their option “ luxury room”. Tree does luxury mean a room that you cannot use the deadbolt lock, that when you enter the room, the TV is in pieces, that the room is dusty and looks dirty. If it hadn’t been for the 9 Hour drive. to get to this location and the fact that I was attending my brothers funeral the next morning I would’ve never stayed here. Don’t even get me going on the mice in the foyer. After I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk, I was met with a shrug. Well, I guess it’s just acceptable to them. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever return to any of their facilities. Very very disappointed.
