Very clean, friendly staff

This is a very quiet, under-the-radar resort located in a peaceful part of Bali. It’s definitely not the place if you’re looking for noise or a lively atmosphere, but if you want genuine relaxation and tranquility, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Chris and his team who made an extra effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort has a huge swimming pool which was a highlight for us. There is a restaurant on-site, though dining options within the hotel are limited. That said, there are a few good local restaurants nearby so you still have some nice choices. One downside is that parts of the property feel a little dated but considering the age of the hotel, it’s not too bad. It would also be nice to see more activities especially for kids to make it more family-friendly.

Spectacular views and great service

Excellent hospitality. Lovely staff who are very helpful and courteous. Beautiful establishment and spaces. They actually cleaned when you called for house keeping, not just tidied up. The food and drinks were very tasty as well. Great amenities. Loved and very much enjoyed my stay here.

The room with private pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was good for restaurants and local amenities. We hired a scooter and rode around the island.

This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.
