Room condition was good. But the reception desk was not. Unfriendly attitude. Bad first impression to the hotel. And at night, I waited for 15 minutes at the groud floor bar and left outside to find another bar which has a person who takes the order.

Super convenient location, walkable to city center, Hauptbahnhof, shopping mall right next to it, library in front with a free entrance to rooftop and view of the city. Hotel was nice, modern and clean.

This property has everything. Great location, steps away from shopping centre and walkable to other sites in Stuttgart. Great service, clean and modern hotel. Highly recommend. We will definitely look no further where to book for our next Stuttgart visit.

The location is amazing, just beside of the metro station and few minutes from the central station that made my days easier to watch Uefa National league in the stadium and visit Stuttgart too. The room was nice and big and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my time there.

Das Zimmer waren tip top. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war mittelmässig freundlich, da im Hauseigenen Parkhaus keine Plätze mehr frei waren wurde nicht geholfen einen Platz fürs Auto zu finden. Um 23:30 gab es einen Alarm. Wir mussten alle nach draussen und warten. Vom Personal gab es keine Erklärung was passiert. Plötzlich liefen alle wieder Richtung Eingang und wir konnten wieder in unsere Zimmer. Das Frühstück war bombastisch gut, sehr reichhaltig. Es muss aber zusätzlich dazu gebucht werden, was nochmals Kosten von 18.- Euro verursacht.

Wir haben uns extra für ein Hotel mit Parkplatz entschieden. Leider waren bereits die wenig vorhandenen Parkplätze bereits vergeben, wir mussten ca. 10 Gehminuten weit weg parken.. Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter fragte und nach Houskeeping. Wir bejaten dies und er verdrehte die Augen. Es kam wie erwartet auch niemand.
