Room condition was good. But the reception desk was not. Unfriendly attitude. Bad first impression to the hotel. And at night, I waited for 15 minutes at the groud floor bar and left outside to find another bar which has a person who takes the order.

Super convenient location, walkable to city center, Hauptbahnhof, shopping mall right next to it, library in front with a free entrance to rooftop and view of the city. Hotel was nice, modern and clean.

This property has everything. Great location, steps away from shopping centre and walkable to other sites in Stuttgart. Great service, clean and modern hotel. Highly recommend. We will definitely look no further where to book for our next Stuttgart visit.

The location is amazing, just beside of the metro station and few minutes from the central station that made my days easier to watch Uefa National league in the stadium and visit Stuttgart too. The room was nice and big and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my time there.

Gebucht hatten wir ein "Standard Vierbettzimmer" als Familie, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Ausklappbett und Zustellbett auf Metallständern ohne echte Matratze, welches unbequem und viel zu klein für jugendliche Kinder ist. Man erklärte uns, dass es echte Vierbettzimmer nicht gibt. Der zweite Grund das Hotel zu buchen ("Parkplatz vor Ort verfügbar") wurde auch nicht erfüllt. Für ca. 250 Zimmer gibt es ca. 25 Parkplätze und die waren natürlich voll. Wenn man einen bekommt, verliert man diesen wieder mit der nächsten Ausfahrt (also nicht ganztägig fest - nur ganztägig bezahlt). Fazit: Mit Auto und als Familie können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Positiv: Personal war freundlich und Frühstück gut (wenn auch der Frühstücksraum überfüllt und zu klein war).

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist gemütlich und sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.
