uncomfortable bed

Had an issue with bed, mattress had collapsed practically un sleepable. Managed over night had a word with reception the following morning and have to say they couldn’t have been more apologetic, sorted us out with an upgraded room and a voucher to use at the bar.can’t fault the service what so ever

This was a comfortable stay in a decent hotel with helpful staff. I did not eat there. Everything was fine though the litter in the front of the hotel in the bushes should be removed.
