Modern double glazed 3 bedroom home with large lounge kitchen-dinner and 2 toilets with family bathroom with views of the river. Set in a superbly maintained complex with restaurants, bars, crazy golf, walks and just across the road from a spa.

Our caravan is modern and very comfortable. Inside you will find a large lounge with a wall mounted 40" Television and radio. There is a gas fire. You will find a patio door that opens out to the front decking.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a fitted Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, full size oven and hob. You will also find a kettle, toaster and a variety of kitchen utensils.

The dining table is located next to the kitchen and seats 6.

Walk through the hall and you will find separate toilet and the bathroom with shower and another toilet followed by the 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a with built in storage and also a radio/alarm.

The second bedroom has twin beds and built in storage.

The third bedroom has twin beds and built in storage.

Outside you have a parking area, a small garden and wrap around decking complete with chairs & tables.

The caravan is well insulated, has double glazed windows and doors and full central heating.

If you need a Washing Machine or Tumble Dryer, the site laundry is just a few minutes stroll away.

The site restaurant and bar is a very pleasant walk over the river so near enough but far enough away so no noise.
