Initial logs for wood burner included, second basket at £10. Welcome pack. External utility room with freezer and washer/dryer (shared with other property on-site). Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This beautiful property set on a working dairy farm has stunning panoramic views over Cheshire, two bedrooms with king size beds and a family bathroom. The living area has a wood burner with open beams throughout and there is a small, fully-equipped kitchen and the conservatory offers that extra space to sit out and enjoy the countryside views. From the conservatory there is a patio and cottage garden with spacious seating perfect for enjoying the late sunset in the evening.
Within a short distance you will find shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst a wider range of amenities can be found in Newcastle-under-Lyme, which is approximately 7 miles away, and Keele University just 4 miles. It is also ideally located for visiting Chester, Alton Towers, Trentham Gardens, historic five potteries towns and the Peak District National Park, making this an ideal base for families.
There is a host of places to visit within the immediate area, including various farmer’s markets, Whitmore Hall, pretty villages such as Maer which, has links to Charles Darwin, Churnet Valley Steam Railway and Ironbridge Gorge.
