The Residence is located only 250 metres from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa (entrance by reservation fee on the official website) and 4 km from the town of Stintino. The
Residence consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups. They can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, equipped with table and chairs. Inside the structure there are shared facilities such as a swimming pool, barbecue and a play area.
Swimming pool, washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use, wi fi, bicycles for free use subject to availability, barbecue area, air conditioning, furnished balcony or patio, unattended car park.
A penalty of € 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
