Designed for easygoing coastal days and quiet nights, this home accommodates up to 6 guests across two private bedrooms, a loft, and flexible living space. The vibe is relaxed and functional—ideal for families or friends who want a peaceful base to explore The Sea Ranch.

Gather in the living room for games and conversation or stretch out with a book and the sounds of nature outside. When it’s time to unwind, step onto the outdoor space with seating and a BBQ grill for simple meals in the fresh sea air, then soak in the private wellness hot tub under famously dark, starry skies.



Practical touches keep your stay comfortable, including a washer/dryer and on-site parking for two vehicles. You’ll also be within a short drive of Gualala’s cafés and galleries, with miles of community trails and beaches to explore nearby.

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed; sleeps 2. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds; sleeps 2. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Loft: Two twin beds; sleeps 2.

• Living Room: Twin daybed; flexible sleeping option.

Bathrooms

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1; walk-in shower.

• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Bedroom 2; shower/tub combo.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Up to 2 cars only. Parking passes are required and will be in the guest packet inside the home. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking.

• Stairs: The home has stairs (see photos). Stairs are required to access portions of the space.

• Washer/Dryer: Available for guest use.

• WiFi and Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty across the area.

• Communal Amenities: Sea Ranch community amenities (including pools, trails, and beaches) are managed by The Sea Ranch Association. Hours, availability, and access policies may vary.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
