I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which was unacceptable.
The dishwasher was not working, and despite reporting this to the front desk, no one attended to the issue. More seriously, we found a cockroach on the bed inside the bed linen. This is a serious hygiene and health concern. I provided photographic evidence to the front desk, yet no action was taken.
Additionally, the bed linens were stained upon check-in, there were no toilet rolls or body wash in the room, and only one plate and one spoon were provided. These basic standards should not be lacking in any hotel accommodation.
Due to these multiple failures in cleanliness, service, and room preparation, the amount paid for this stay was not justified. I am therefore requesting the immediate refund of my deposit.
I expect a prompt response and resolution of this matter.
