Best was the shuttle driver ( didn't get his name) who met us at the airport and was willing to take out backpacks to the hotel which allowed us to take the Metro directly into the city. Room was very clean and spacious. Best was tub mat with suction cups that make shower doable for seniors.

All was good except if you purchase from snack bar you have to bring a credit card and pay with it - even though the hotel has your card information and has charged you already for incidentals. Only hotel that you don’t just tell them your room number and ask them to charge it to the room.

Needs Major Attention

The property really needs to be updated. Cleanliness and room upgrades are needed. Terrible smell in the lobby area. Staff was great, they just need a better updated property. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
