The living room is well lit by the natural sunlight that pours in from the balcony doors and large windows that provide sprawling views all the way to the top of Mt. Werner, allowing you to see if it is snowing above the Gondola. Cozy up on the sectional sofa that wraps around the moss rock fireplace, taking in views of the resort! The living room also boasts a wall mounted large flat screen TV. The adjacent den offers another comfortable living space which can be closed off by the glass French doors (allowing you to keep an eye on the kids without having to hear them). The den has two plush sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and attached full bathroom. The dining area flows nicely on from the living room, a stylish dining set with chrome and leather dining chairs is set to seat eight, but can easily accommodate a few more with the additional dining chairs available.
The kitchen boasts crisp white shaker cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, sleek black quartz countertops, and the breakfast bar has been accented with beautiful rustic reclaimed wood. Other amenities offered are full-size washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy through the summer months.
The entry and a generously sized mudroom are on the middle floor – decorated with a stag head above the stairs and wild west artwork. Beautiful terracotta tiles line the entry area, where there are plenty of hooks for ski equipment and ski gear, as well as additional cubbies in the hallway.
Upstairs you’ll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a calming sanctuary, decorated with a light and airy grey color scheme. The suite offers a gas fireplace, a writing desk, and a wall of windows that enjoys views of the ski resort! There is also a large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, double shower, and double vanity with gorgeously veined black granite. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the mountain and its own private bathroom with double vanity. The third bedroom also has a private attached bathroom.
This condo is perfect for an extended family, two families traveling together as well as an adult getaway as it provides a combination of sleeping arrangements.
